Dr. McCarty-Caplan helps individuals and organizations address harm with integrity and care. Rooted in restorative practices and trauma-informed facilitation, his harm and repair work emphasizes accountability, healing, and sustainable change. Services include:

Adoption Consultation

As a Colombian adoptee raised in a Jewish American family and a social work scholar, Dr. David McCarty-Caplan brings unique expertise to issues of adoption, identity, and belonging. He works with adoptees, families, and organizations to navigate the complexities of transracial and transcultural adoption. Services include:
